One Year of Regret — Faulty Machine & Zero Support
I’ve owned Rotimatic for almost a year now, and it en the worst purchase I’ve ever made. The machine constantly fails and becomes completely unusable whenever I change the atta — errors, failed rotis, wasted flour, wasted time. For a premium product, that’s completely unacceptable.
I’ve contacted their customer support more than 6 times since i bought it. Within just one year I’ve already had to replace dough cup and the other one has cracks already— the way it handles dough mixing process and the sound it makes during it makes is terrible.
Worst support …….Support feels totally untrained and UNAVAILABLE ALL THE TIME. Though they say 24/7 it never happened to me to get hold of someone and get resolution in one attempt. No updates. No proper responses. No solutions. And I can never get an appointmenty slot for remote support quickly without wasting hours and hours trial and errors. It’s like they disappear the moment you need really.
This product has given me nothing but stress. Instead of helping in the kitchen, it has turned into a daily frustration. I genuinely regret trusting this brand and strongly warn others to stay far away. A very expensive mistake.
Please only buy it if you have ample of time to waste with the machine and their support waiting time and patience.
