Premitel have been outstanding. UK based helpful informed staff. They did everything they said they would on time and there billing is simple and easy to understand. Unlike the large ,faceless, arrogant telecommunication company that starts with 2 letters that left me with no phone or broadband for 3 months . Starlink and Premitel combination is an excellent alternative for people in rural areas who are being forced into a
digital service that the big company's cannot seem to deliver. Thank you Premitel.

Firstly my name is not Kasmin I have not had an engineer in the last few days. I still have no business line after 3 week when BT tried to change me to digital. With a digital order nightmare that started 5 months ago. And just for good measure I've been being massively overcharged. Spent many hours on the phone speaking to BT over the last 3 weeks ever couple of days being told it will be fixed in 24-48 business working hours. All I want is a working phone line internet and and billing to be correct,is that to much to ask of a cutting edge telecoms company. Starlink is biting at your heels!!!!

Relatively easy to set up a new account. Security measures feel robust. All very efficient and trouble free.
