We had a toilet blockage in our 6 year…

We had a toilet blockage in our 6 year old house and had no idea where the sewer mains were. We booked online and the staff who called to confirm the appointment were very friendly. The technician arrived on time and quickly helped identify the sewer main. He advised us on how to clear the (what turned out to be a simple build up of loo roll) blockage ourselves next time.

Had a great first all inclusive holiday…

Had a great first all inclusive holiday with EasyJet. The plane on the way out was delayed, however I felt that was the airport fault, not EasyJet. On the way back the plane left early which was a bonus as a late night flight. The transfers and hotel were great and as expected. No complaints and have already booked another all inclusive package. So much cheaper than TUI and same quality.

I've used Insure & Escape for 2…

I've used Insure & Escape for 2 single-trips in the last 3 years. The first time was for a family trip to France. Unfortunately my children were poorly with chicken pox and potentially would have to cancel the trip or if we did go, cut the trip short. I bought the policy before the illnesses and I called them up to discuss what to do if we couldn't go. The lady on the call was very personable and understanding and set up a claim reference number ready to go incase we couldn't make it. This made me feel very supported by the insurer. Thankfully we didn't have to claim and the trip was a success. We used them again this summer holiday because of this previous experience and the fact they cover the number of medical conditions we share across the family. Will definitely be using them again.

I absolutely love this clothing…

I absolutely love this clothing company. For starters, the quality of the clothing is superb and lasts very long. I love the 'grown-up goth' style and have made many purchases for day-to-day, office and special occasions. The customer loyalty programme is very generous. Deliveries and returns are processed quickly. When I have had to return items, the refunds are processed quickly and they offer an option to swap out for different sizes in returns, which I've not seen many companies do.

I've been a customer here for 20 years…

I've been a customer here for 20 years and just purchased my 5th car. I've always had outstanding service from the dealership without any sales pressure, which is why I keep coming back. My purchases have always been used car sales. I've just bought my Tucson from Ben who is new to the dealership. He was friendly and supportive and thorough. It made buying my car so easy and pain free.

Took a week to arrive on standard…

Took a week to arrive on standard delivery. Item had a button missing. Went through the returns process and charged me £2.50 to return it by post.

Quality items, quality showroom salesman, delivery is a let down

Jamie is fantastic and helped us in the showroom choose a full new bathroom suite. His knowledge of the products and ideas about the practicalities of replacing a full bathroom are a real credit to the company. We had to change our shower tray from a 900x900 to an 800x800 after our fitter (not associated with BC) had knocked out our existing shower and said we needed a different size.

Unfortunately I've knocked off one star due to the the issues I've had with delivery and some issues with the waste pipe not fitting the bath tight. We were also missing a waste pipe for the shower. Trying to get the final part of our delivery was slow, and the secretary could never get my call through to Jamie... My dad ended up picking up the final items for us as the delivery lag would've delayed the fitter by quite some time.

Don't waste your time trying to contact them

I applied to TMO for a complaint which wasn't responded to by my car manufacturer. No confirmation the online form was received. Called twice and no answer within half an hour. Given up in the end. Waste of time.
