Ordered t-shirt as gift for my mother in law. Sadly there was some issues with delivery (my fault for not paying few euro's extra for tracking code...).
After contacting customer support , they responded really quick and found a perfect solution for the situation! Huge thanks to them. Once t-shirt finally arrived, cotton felt really nice and soft, the print was bright and colorful. After few washes no discoloration or fabrics bubbling.
Already looking at more t-shirts, as customizing them turns them into great gifts.

We received our mortgage really quickly, millions of our questions have been answered very quickly. The team is very professional, even when I was rude (blaming them for my own mistake...), they have always remaint polite and helpful. Buying first house was a really stressful journey and I am very happy with our advisor Bert, doing his best to make this stressful journey possible.

Been using instant gaming for years. Today decided to buy DLC for Tropico 6 to relax while being a dictator. Once I received my key I instantly entered it in Steam, just to be greeted with the message "Duplicate product code", a shame but didn`t think much about it. Contacted support. Their support was like "Okay do contact Steam support, get the date it was redeemed". Excuse me, I bought a product from you, you are the seller, this is your responsibility, not Steam's support.
I maybe would understand this if I had claimed a game worth 40+ eur, something that was just recently released, now I claimed DLC for 4.53eur :)
I am not going to torture Steam support for my mistake. I hope someone planning to purchase the game from instant-gaming will read this message and rethink their decision and pay a few euros extra for a guaranteed game and avoid having to deal with the most terrible customer support.
Would be nice if some customer support rep from instant-gaming also would read this. If you arereading - congratulations!!! You have received my 4.53eur. Hope it brings you happiness and prosperity, as this was my last purchase on your site.
