Will never recommend booking.com to anyone. Charged 16 Euros by Booking and at time of check in at hotel charged 16 euros.

Both customer services are contacted 4 times already and no results but only explaining it again and again to super unqualified staff who can not even calculate simple conversions and able to understand that I was charged double.

Frustrating, unexperienced staff, I can even say stupid people working for Booking.com

Hi,

My package of tires was suppose to deliver on 13.12.2023 and it was delivered on 15.12.2023.
Daek online staff said GLS is not picking package and GLS said Package not ready. I am as customer paid full amount to get the service but just faced frustration and money loss.

I had to cancel my 3 workshops appointment which costed me 750kr. and had to take bus train to work.

I would wait to hear back what you have to say in this regard.
