Left at completely the wrong address with no picture or info about where it was. Luckily I took a guess and found it, Usual dreadful DHL delivery

Absolutely awful

Absolutely awful - driver was right outside my house, took a photo of where he was but couldn’t be bothered to get out and look. Parcel has now not been delivered multiple times. Customer service agent who said she was managing personally and so no need for me to worry hasn't been back in touch. Only access to an AI bot who can’t resolve and goes around the same loop.

Good customer service

I had a very poor experience with the Cox and Cox delivery partner (DHL) and contacted customer services at Cox and Cox, their customer service agent Baha responded politely, promptly and with care. Makes a change from other retailers who don’t want to take responsibility for delivery or don’t bother responding at all.

Highly Recommend

Excellent personal customer service and great advice, recommended alternative choice to my first option and quickly sent me the sample. This was all done remotely and it felt as if I’d been into the showroom. The tiles were quickly delivered and are really high quality.
