Wished I'd read these reviews before making an order.
Ordered early December. Contacted to check where it was when it hadny arrived by early Jan.
I was hopeful a couple of weeks later when I received an apology asking whether I'd still like my order.
I have since requested a refund and heard nothing since. The phone number in the website is fake.
Don't be fooled by the legit looking website.
These cowboys need shutting down.

To be upfront, everything you experienced happened before the business changed ownership. When we took over, we found a backlog of unresolved orders, unanswered emails and a phone number that didn’t even work. None of that reflects how we operate now, and I completely understand why you’d feel let down.
