Day Light Robbery!!! by World Express in NW under InXpress

STAY AWAY from this NW Franchise!!! They are a shame for the whole Inxpress franchise business and ruining it for all the other franchisees too!

Mohammed Ali Gokal, Matt Anderson, Taner Dag & Ben Swann all work at World Express under InXpress Franchise model. We asked them to handle a shipment for us from the USA to the UK. The shipment was stopped by FedEx local depot in the USA after pick up and was returned after 2 days time. Ali demanded that we pay for the full Outbound Invoice of £845 & the same amount (Another £845) for a Return as well even though the shipment never left even the local depot! We called our FedEx Acc Manager and she confirmed that Fedex would never charge in such manner for a shipment never left the country.

26th Nov 2025 - Labels created & picked up

27th Nov - Ali Gokal emails demanding the full payment of £845 from us out of the blue and says he will not email me back and this is final! At this point we as a customer felt so vulnerable and helpless.

27th Nov - we sent them the SDS Document to move the shipment along but Taner Dag said that he will not forward to FedEx and refuses to help us (I just didn't understand why they would act in such a way & not try to help a client).

28th Nov - Taner holds us ransom & asks FedEx to hold our goods until we pay Inxpress.

Taner also emails us with, as 'quote' from FedEx that reads ' We will charge you in full for outbound and return'. Our FedEx Manager confirmed that FedEx would never do that on the same day as the shipment never left the local depot!

FedEx releases the goods back to the sender as they do not work so unethically. Inxpress now has no leverage so then Matt Anderson issues another Invoice for £845 saying this is for the RETURN! so now in total we are been demanded to pay £1690 for a service never fulfilled by inxpress!

We disputed the charges. Matt & Taner said that we cannot dispute any charges as they will not dispute any with their direct FedEx account - apparently this is not a possibility. They just couldn't be bothered. Mind you at this point - the shipment has returned back to sender from the local depot and we know for a fact that FedEx does not bill you for a few days. InXpress knew that they will not be charged for it.

We are been emailed & threated for days throughout.

22nd Dec - Matt Anderson emails us saying that Fedex have agreed to credit them for return if we pay them the Outbound £845! Another Tactic to make a buck out of nothing from a vulnerable client. (FedEx NEVER charged them for a return!)

InXpress said that you cannot dispute these with FedEx - so they tried to get the full payment from us & then also tried to get 'credits' from Fedex too?

If Ali Gokal had come to me and said, ‘listen, the shipment is returned from the local depot and for the time spent we need to charge you £100 as admin fee - then I would have said 'That's Fair, I will pay that' but NO, instead we are pushed to pay them on the same day for service never fulfilled & also had the audacity to bill us for a return too!

Now22nd Jan - I get an email from their Debt Collector! I have run out of patience and thus I am posting this review so no other respectable Business out there would get caught to World Express franchise under inxpress! STAY AWAY from them!

Very Slow Support system

Very Slow Support system - I have had to wait 2 days to get a small thing done and yet no response from the Tide Web Support Team! You have to beg them to call you to support you.

I regret already using Tide.
