Lyca off line customer service ( 9am-…

Lyca off line customer service ( 9am- 6pm , Monday to Saturday
Online service ( mostly 24*7 hour with chat boat
If u call them they pick Ur call atlest 10-20 minute , no proper solution

If you use online mode and request for live agent , I have no idea how much time I have to wait , ( no response

Customer care email - reply without solution after more then 7 days , then make a another wating slot

Request for are relavent info , then pause
