Worst customer service and costly experience.

Booked for MOT. Car dropped off 8.30am and I had to chase them for information 3.40pm. I told them that AA told me why engine light was on and it needed minor replacement part. They kept car all day then told me it’s failed. Wanted £140 just to check what’s wrong when I’ve told them. Gave them AA report information. They wasted my whole day ! I could have done these repairs elsewhere .

Numerous calls and emails requesting…

Numerous calls and emails requesting help
and assistance. They don’t call back. They give wrong assistance/ advice. Costly mistakes lead to someone offering compensation but it never actually followed through. Extra failing considering this was a bereavement matter. I compliment their politeness but no follow through with actions! Matter still outstanding !

Thought I would leave the car and use…

Thought I would leave the car and use the bus. Disgusting! Dirty, stinky and at times wet seats. They should pay us for suffering the stink and horrible environment. This was found to be the case on 3 different occasions by me and others reported similar experience on the 23/24 bus into Birmingham.
