Newcastle Pantomime

Newcastle. We had booked a table for 3 for a pre-pantomime pizza. After being taken to a table for 2 we pointed out that we had booked for 3. The man who showed us to our table went back to the reception area to check his screen. He returned a few moments later and I was not prepared for what he was about to tell us. As we had booked for 2 (we had booked for 3) the computer could not accommodate an extra person. Seemingly the only answer was for us to leave even though the restaurant appeared to be 33% empty. “We have bookings for all these” he said with a gesturing nod. This riddle was impossible to solve? Pull up a chair? Shuffle things ever so slightly? No!
And so in a daze we found ourselves back outside on the pavement. Within 10 minutes of arriving our transaction was complete. We had played out a Little Britain sketch. ‘Computer says no’. Our first and most definitely our last visit to Rudy’s was over. What are the pizzas like? I’ve got no idea!

Just swapped to E-on

Just swapped to E-on. Getting emails asking for a reading when I've already provided one. Helpline not open weekends. Poor so far.

Im saddened to see that we haven't given you great service, especially as you have just moved to us. Hopefully this will improve for you in time.

I can see you are still getting emails asking for a reading which is common after a switch over to us however if you have already provided this, it may be a lapse in communication - my apologies.

You are right in that our customer service telephone lines are closed at the weekends however there is always someone available to talk to you over on our social media sites and even via whatsapp. we have someone you can talk to 24/7 every day of the year - including Christmas Day.

I have managed to locate your account with the information you have provided so i will get in touch directly to iron out your communication preferences and make sure everything is as it should be for you.
