Awful

Awful, I’ve been ordering from Vinted for a while and the sellers have generally been amazing. However, a parcel has now gone missing and despite it telling me that delivery would be 2-3 days, they have buried in the small print that they won’t investigate it for 30 business days and then I only have two days to report it. This is clearly a system designed to make it difficult to report issues and I have raised this repeatedly with their “help” team but had copy and paste responses in reply. I’ll be deleting my Vinted account as soon as I get my money back. It’s a shame as I love the ethos of reusing stuff rather than buying new but reading the other reviews here, I am not alone in my bad experience.

Review of NIO Cocktails

Really disappointed

Really disappointed. Sent with Evri and has been showing for 4 days as out for delivery but no delivery attempts have been made. Contacted them but they keep telling me to wait. Responses are written via AI (confirmed by them via email that they use “AI tools”).

I note several other of the poor reviews mention delivery but they have clearly not resolved this.

Feels like a scam

Not clear when you sign up that it is a paid for resource. Feel it tries to trick you into signing up to a free trial. When I tried to unsubscribe to emails, the link was broken and just happened to redirect me to a different part of the site. Feels like a scam, glad I didn’t sign up to pay for anything.

So truly sorry to see of your experience, Aileen. We are always upfront on what the service offers and any fees that are included if you choose to upgrade. This information is displayed clearly not only on the upgrade pages but also on the checkout page (the amounts and timeframe when fees for subs would be taken). We pride ourselves on being transparent with these details, so it was disheartening to read that you felt like that.
We offer two sign up options - a free one where you would receive a round up of offers and also paid subs (varying timeframes) where you have access to all your departure tips.
Regarding the issue with the unsubscribe link, this has been escalated to our Technical team for review and resolution but if you are still experiencing an issue with that, please reach out to our Member Experience team and they will happily assist you in getting that sorted.

Subscription scam

Seemed ok but I didn’t really use it. No email to remind me when the trial was ending and when I went to cancel it, I had to select five separate times that I wanted to cancel it and it was clearly designed to trick me into not actually ending my membership. Just another scam masquerading as something good for children.

Thank you for your review, we are sorry to hear this.

We do state on the sign up page that this is a subscription service and you must cancel your membership if you do not wish to continue. You can cancel at anytime in the My Account section on the website.

Upon cancellation, we provide you with a cancellation reference number and an email to confirm your cancellation was successful.

We are only able to take a payment from a member who has given us the authority to do so. When this authority is removed via a cancellation, all payments will stop.
