Incompetent, liars, possibly scammers. NEVER USE.

I called to book a reservation a couple of weeks ago and called again to change it to today in one of den haag's locations. I arrived 16:25 and was told I can park my car, no, there's no parking. I sent a message and an email, no answer. I spent 30 minutes looking for parking and the nearest one is 10 minutes walk. Maybe I misheard, it's ok I told myself. At 16:53 got an email that my reservation is "closed" , a bill for the amount I owed and a link to review. At 17:00 the code box said that my booking confirmation, which is my code, is invalid. The booking said I have until 18:00. I am writing this as am stranded on the street, missing multiple appointments and my entire week is ruined. No answer, no office and no one cares. Even if they refund me the 66 EUR booking fee, I had over a 1000 EUR in tasks pending on me having the damn van.

Horrible customer service

Horrible customer service, and extremely rude for no reason. Called to ask for an offer they have on the website and they told me to buy somewhere else! I will buy from the competitor, even for double the price. Doesn't even deserve 1 star.

They denied me entry 45 minutes before…

They denied me entry 45 minutes before my flights because bag checkin was not allowed. I had 2 small bags so I told them I will have them as carry on. Still denied entry for no reason because "the manager said so". After 20 calls their solution is that I am a no show and have to book a new flight. Never using Emirates again.
