Vicky Caddick was super helpful when…

Vicky Caddick was super helpful when buying a property at auction recently. Always on hand for o take questions, regularly in contact, even emailing & texting whilst on holiday & at weekends. If her seller experience is anything like her buyer experience, then I’d not hesitate to list a property with her. Thank you!

Appalling customer service

Appalling customer service. Spent 1.5 hours of my time this morning on hold across 4 phone calls that I kept being hung up on. Passed from pillar to post, long call waits to then simply have the phone hung up when they answer... I've given up now and will be taking up with my credit card company to recover. Use this company at your own risk. Diabolical
