Emerson’s Green Wetherspoon is one of the worst I’ve experienced. Constantly running out of things…today’s episode is eggs and beans….plus a host of drinks.
Also the place is absolutely freezing. I’d rather pay another two quid for a pint and be warm and walk through the door of a pub that can do the basics right! Be nice to hear staff happy in their work too instead of discussing with each other how **** Wetherspoon are to work for. Apparently this is a franchise….well I’d remove it JD!!!

Absolute disgrace. They try and hide behind the “delivered in bud” line but the roses delivered are nothing like the size of those pictured. I paid three times the price for roses that were of the same size and quality that I could get from a 24 hour petrol station!
Instead of wowing my lady I gave them to her and apologised at the same time.
Emailed their award winning customer service, still awaiting a reply.
I won’t spend another penny with Eflorist but if you love being ripped off this is the company for you!
