The engineer cut an Ethernet cable…
The engineer cut an Ethernet cable which had been installed previously leaving us unable to connect the sky box to the internet wirelessly in the front room as the router is situated too far away.
He left us without repairing the cable leaving us with no internet connection to the main sky box and no sky multi room function for the other TV.
