Perfect journey on a miserable wet winter day from Inverness to Glasgow on the 0900 service. Coach was immaculate and the driver was excellent and friendly. Definitely a cut above any other service I have experienced. Thank you.

The advertised service was replaced by…
The advertised service was replaced by a D&E bus which simply isn’t up to standard. Small cramped dated layout with no air conditioning, toilets or charging facilities. Additionally the service departed late and was extremely late getting in to Glasgow from Inverness. The staff assisting at departure treated passengers like cattle with confusing instructions. A truly horrible experience.
