Very disappointing experience. I followed the company’s instructions and returned the vacuum, but there has been no clear update about my refund. The customer service was very poor, and I even had to pay for the return postage myself. I would not recommend this company.

I didn't get the half of my order .just…

I didn't get the half of my order .just you sended a pre workout, and you didn't send the rest of my order which is 3 cream of rice.

Thank you for returning our call earlier, as advised you had placed your order afterhours on 17/03/2025 and your order was dispatched on the next business day on the 18/03/2025. As you had the Emrald Labs Cream of Rice (Best Before) on your order and being a clearance item, these do tend to sell out fast, we had emailed you on the 18th of March to advise this was sold out in the flavour you had purchased and if you would like we can swap to another flavour that was available at the time and as we had not received a response we had sent a gift card.

We do apologise if these emails were missed as sometimes they can go to your spam folder.

Whilst we can understand your disappointment, the swearing directed to our Customer Support via our email and Live Chat services was not necessary and after investigating the communication, our staff handled this with calmness and professionalism.

On our phone call you advised you still haven't checked your spam folder since communicating with our staff over the weekend, but I have resent the gift card just in case, as you wanted this over the refund.

We wish you a fantastic day and if the gift card hasn't been received please reach out to our team and will get this sorted asap.
