I got an L3 survey on a flat I'm buying. Maybe a little overkill but I wanted to be safe. Ed from Morguard called me pre and post survey to walk me through what he was going to look for and what he found, and went above and beyond offering to look at the building's management pack and discuss any other issues more thoroughly. They delivered the report 4 days after the survey, are quick and efficient in responding, and are just generally nice people to interact with. Would highly recommend!
