I ordered a pair of boots from this company thinking it was a family-run business based in London, but I’ve now realized it’s just another Chinese knock-off company advertising on Instagram. The boots still haven’t arrived, and when I checked the tracking, I saw this wasn’t what I expected. The so-called "family" behind the business looks like an AI-generated image. If the boots don’t live up to the quality shown in the photos, I will be returning them and expecting a full refund. This feels like a scam, and I won’t make the mistake of shopping here again.
