Don’t use this company they don’t want to refund you they avoid replying they ask u to keep order at 40 percent even though they say 30 days for refund don’t use them I’m going to my bank for a chargeback that’s the only way .
I would only give a o star but unfortunately I can’t .

Ordered lamps came damaged plus’s came with 2 pin plug sent new ones same had to wait for collection 3 times even sent damaged one back then only sent one when should of been 2 told them I wanted refund had enough and I get a message they still sending replacement will wait for refund very disappointing had quite a lot of furniture from there mayb they should stick with furniture .

First class service on time very polite delivery .

Ordered trainers not arrived 3 weeks ago took money tried ringing always busy thought it was uk company but Chinese take your money and don’t deliver scam gone to bank to get refund .

Ordered shoes took money took weeks to arrive poor quality don’t fit asked for form for refund once u ask that they don’t reply thought it was uk based not hong Chong going to get back to get refund don’t use them .

Ordered sideboard it came well packaged and it’s beautiful but where it was going didn’t look right . Happy to pay to return but prices ridiculous £140 I would rather sell it .
They make it so u don’t return item won’t use again . Don’t buy from them stay clear use a shop that you know won’t rip u off .
