Owner or manager is very rude - No people skills and got aggressive.
EDIT - in reply to owners comments. No way for them to know who I am, as I didn't use any the same details when dealing with this company. So this is clearly a lie.

Unfortunately this person is an aggressive person who wanted to take it out on somebody, then when challenged about it, he went on the internet to complain that he could get his way making false claims.
