Jo provided an excellent service

Jo provided an excellent service, she thoroughly explained the process and prepared us for the reality of selling our property in the current market. She ensured communication was ongoing throughout the process so we always knew what to expect. Although the property sold for less than we hoped, after trying to sell for a considerable time, it was a smooth process with completion a month later.
Thank you Jo for all the time you gave to us and for achieving a sale.

Appallingly incompetent

Appalled at the incompetence of this company. After several failed delivery attempts, despite having accurate address and postcode details, the parcel was finally delivered 10 after the original date and 3 days after the recipient's birthday.
Several attempts to get a clear explanation from customer service have resulted in nothing beyond an apology and a list of delivery attempts, remarkably similar to the one I sent them weeks ago. I would advise any company or individual considering using DHL to find an alternative courier service

Nice lamp appallingly late delivery

The floor lamp was a gift and the recipient was pleased with it. However, thanks to the incompetence of DHL, the parcel arrived 10 days after the due date and 3 days after the recipient's birthday.
