the person I spoke to was very helpful when ordering the product.

On several occasions from tuesday 5th august I I phoned Wisebathroms with a query. On all of the calls I was kept waiting for up to 15minutes and then an automated voice said to leave a message and someone would get back to me. There was never a call back so I went onto their chat line and explained that I had a problem with an item I wanted to buy but again there was no help.
I find it concerning that there is no contact with the public so therefore I have decided not to buy the item that I wanted in case there is a problem with it.
