Chasing payment for a refund
Paid for the heating oil at time of purchase online and then Certas decided to credit the amount back to me for reasons unknown. They then bombarded me with requests and notices (email & phone calls) to pay them back immediately with no apology. When they called me they insisted that I had to provide them with security information as to who I was. Just appalling.

Thanks for your feedback which we take seriously. I'm sorry for the mistake in refunding you and then the subsequent contact to request payment; this is a highly unusual error.
I can see this has now been resolved and I thank you for your patience with us.
I'm sorry that we need to go through security when we call you - it is a legal part of data protection, especially with financial details we needed to discuss.
