Bought bands for my daughter and her husband for Christmas and they were delighted with them. Unfortunately my son in law’s broke just a couple of months after so I wrote to the company who replaced the damaged item by return of post - fantastic service!

We had our display cabinet ordered from FV Stevenage delivered yesterday morning by 2 very personable young men Matt and Ash. They were thorough and diligent and took great care when manhandling our purchase. After they got it into position in our living room, my wife noticed that one of the doors needed adjusting, so they took the time to fix the problem before they left, despite being under some time pressure. Throughout the process they remained pleasant and humorous and were a credit to their company. Thanks and well done Matt and Ash.[Driver details BG24GWU]
In addition I would also like to commend Linda from the distribution centre who dealt with our order before delivery, she was outstandingly pleasant and professional.

Having recently downsized, we had to purchase some new furniture to replace our previous items. We bought a G Plan sofa and chair for a very good price which was delivered promptly and efficiently.
Six months later we needed a new cabinet and had no hesitation in returning to the same shop. A quick phone call confirmed that they didn't have the product we wanted on display so we took the chance to speak to consultant Michael who spent a lot of time with us on the phone answering our queries on the cabinet, he was very professional and patient and we decided for the first time ever to buy the item without actually seeing it 'in the flesh'. Michael worked out the best possible deal for us and followed up by sending us all the paperwork a few days later. We are now eagerly awaiting its delivery!
