The information on the products was good, and the reviews informative. Easy ordering. The delivery was quick and items packaged well, no damage. The chair is perfect for my mobile therapy sessions, clients say they are comfortable and can relax feeling stable. I find the chair easy and smooth to set up and close. I like that there are no cords and gaps in the fitting of the seat, and the head cushion is useful. I also purchased the carry bag which really helps to carry the seat around and in/out of my car. A great product.
