I place an order on 27 July. Up to day 6 September I have nor received my order. Though the site mentions that orders to Europe can take up to 7 days when i contacted the sales department they informed me that if I dont receive the order within 21 days action will be taken. Now that 40 days have passed, they refuse to refund me until the order will be returned to them. Obviously they want to avoid the refund and they create new rules every time they fail to comply with the previous ones.
Find the product on another store and avoid buy smth from this amateur store.
