First-time buyer here – the L3 survey service provided by Morguard is absolutely outstanding. As a first-time buyer, there’s so much to navigate, and both Rosanna and Gianni were incredibly patient and helpful throughout the process, from organizing the survey to explaining the results in detail.
The pride in doing the job well is evident in the interactions I've had with Gianni & the written reports provided along with the debrief is very comprehensive. I’m very happy with the service provided and would not hesitate to use them again if I move in the future.
