Poor service, would not recommend, cannot be contacted easily and when they do reply to emails they get your name wrong and don't do as they say they would. I asked them to change a house number for the order, they assured me they had and would resend, but did not resend until chased up again and then sent to same incorrect address. No telephone number to ring so can't speak to a person.

Your order was placed under the name "Beverly," which is why you were addressed as such in our communication. If that name was incorrect or not your preferred one, we had no way of knowing, and would have happily used your correct name if informed.
Regarding the delivery issue, the address provided at checkout was incorrect. Once the order had already been fulfilled and dispatched, we advised that address changes would need to be made directly through Evri, as we were unable to make amendments at that stage. We understand that only the first line of the address could be changed through their system, and we’re not sure whether that change was successful.
When you later let us know that the parcel hadn’t been delivered, we issued a redelivery free of charge as a gesture of goodwill, despite the original error not being on our side. Unfortunately, due to a system error, the updated address was automatically reverted back to the original one during redelivery, something we were unaware of until you contacted us again.
Once this was brought to our attention, we sincerely apologised for the mix-up and, as per your request, processed a full refund.
We do our best to resolve issues fairly and in good faith, even in situations where the error was not ours. That said, we take your feedback seriously and are reviewing this internally to avoid similar issues in the future.
