Scam, contact your bank for a refund
Scam. Tracking didn't give any updates about estimated date of delivery, and then on the day it suddenly updated to say it would be delivered that day but didn't give any estimated time of delivery. Marked as delivered by hand to the recipient, that didn't happen. The chatbot on their website said to check the proof of delivery photo when I tried to look into failed delivery, but there was NO photo at all on the website. Also the chatbot has one of the suggested complaint options being "Courier stole my package." And when you try to contact customer service agents (not the bot) by chat, it always says that the chat is closed and to try during business hours, even if you try to message during the listed business hours. I finally received an email response with "proof" of delivery, it was a photo of the door and a close up image of the package, this does not provide any proof that the package was placed at the door at all or given to anyone as they claim. No photo proof of it being handed over to any recipient as they claimed. Fraudulent, thieving company.
