Poor service
I returned an item for a refund( 10th February)
The item has not turned up but as I did not use a tracking return service,I 'only' have a proof of posting for a large letter I will not be refunded nor an exchange made.
Didn't really appreciate this response and could almost hear the shrug of the shoulders of the operative when she informed me of the company's response.
Safe to say I will not be using this company again or recommending to friends/ family.

Unfortunately, as outlined in our terms and conditions, we are unable to accept responsibility for parcels that go missing in transit when a tracked return service has not been used. Without tracking, we’re unable to investigate the parcel’s journey or confirm delivery, which means we’re regrettably unable to process a refund or exchange in this instance.
That said, we are very sorry if our response came across as dismissive. This is certainly not the level of service we aim to provide, and your comments regarding the interaction will be taken seriously and shared internally. We truly regret that this experience has left you feeling this way, and we appreciate you raising your concerns with us.
