Please be careful with this company. UK Government website highlights that this company was closed down last year by the Insolvency Service, essentially for fraud and tax evasion, poor quality products and not legally providing refunds for customers. How they are able to continue to trade is beyond me! This company has £125 of my money, that I want refunded. I have contacted the Insolvency Service (who closed them down in 2024) to inform them that the company continue to trade.

You advertise as a UK company, but you are apparently based in China and all items appear to be sent from China (as per other reviews). You do not make this clear - I would not have ordered from you had I known this. Your customer service is extremely poor. You have not despatched items within the timeframe given at time of order and so far are refusing to cancel (through lack of response/inaction). I would never have placed an order had I known all of this before hand. Shameful!

Update, still no response to emails, although there have been a few responses through Facebook messenger, however, they haven’t answered any of the questions that I have asked and have failed to cancel my orders so far, despite me having the legal right to do so. Messages seem to be generic AI generated responses.
