Order from somewhere else!

Paid more than I would have liked to on a 6 seater Berkeley dining set cover but thought getting the right one that fits would be best.

Put the cover on for approx 15mins and as the garden is exposed, slight wind got under the cover and dragged the chairs making the attachment loops come free of the chair legs. Removed the cover and repackaged it ready to return as this is likely to blow off completely and end up in somebody else’s garden.

Have tried to email and sort this with after sales but the customer service is less than satisfactory. They want photographic evidence and will not let me return the cover with it. I have explained the problem and that photos are not going to show anything but, ridiculously they are insisting on photos.

I am escalating this to a complaint as they are not easy to deal with and will not process a refund….very disappointed!!!

Sorry to read this. Like many companies, it is our company policy to ask for photos of a fault before we issue a refund. Perhaps you could choose a windy day to photo the fault?
