Rosanna was very proactive in arranging the survey at the next available day.
I had a phone call before the survey with Gianni which was very helpful as I was given time to explain my concerns. I had another call after the survey which helped me to understand the big picture and main defects. The report itself was very detailed and contained estimated costs to repair defects which I found very valuable.
