Alternative watch straps
It takes 20mins or more for any phone call to be answered by your customer service team.
It would also be good if you gave more than one option for the watch strap itself.
As the clasp & fitting are very fiddly & difficult to do up if you have mobility issue with there fingers or hands. Considering this device is designed for a more mature demographic it surprising that this has not been considered. Quite disappointed

We’re also grateful for your comments regarding the watch strap. You make a very valid point — for a device designed with a more mature demographic in mind, ease of use is essential. If the clasp and fitting are fiddly or difficult to manage for those with mobility issues in their hands or fingers, that’s something we absolutely need to take seriously. Your suggestion about offering alternative strap options is extremely helpful, and we will be feeding this back to our product team for review.
