I would give it zero stars if I could. Having bought and received 2 portable coffee devices as gifts, I returned to the site and bought a third one with a voyager case as a Christmas gift. It has never arrived. Evri the courier confirmed I did not receive it.
I have spent the last 2 weeks emailing Jessica in customer services who keeps moving the goal posts and using various delaying tactics having said she would arrange for the goods to be sent in time for Christmas. I am now being asked for a police report. There is no way the police will want to engage with me on this matter.
I have never experienced such poor service and feel I am being made out to be lying when in fact the company have my money but I am empty handed and will have a disappointed loved one at Christmas. Surely it is the vendors responsibility to ensure the courier delivers the items correctly.
I have been left very distressed at the treatment I have received and don’t want anyone else to experience similar.
SIMPLY BUY ELSEWHERE.
Edited after the reply from Evergreen-Your customer services have already confirmed I do not need to send a police report. There is no evidence of theft from my property as the goods were never delivered. Evergreen can get compensation from the courier who did not deliver the parcel. In the meantime I am left out of pocket and without the Christmas gift promised to my loved one. I can only hope you will resend the items in time for Christmas though I am losing faith given the treatment I have received over the last 3 weeks.

Hi Sam, as our customer service team told you, in those cases we need a police report. i know this is annoying but this will help make sure these things don't happen more in the future and also force the courier to properly investigate what happened. As soon as we receive it, we will ship another one to you directly (and probably a gift to excuse us).
