Never got my parcel or my money back
Hello,
I am contacting you again regarding my order, which I have been waiting for since 30 January.
According to Royal Mail tracking, the parcel has already been delivered and signed for in Haywards Heath DO. However, I have not received anything, and you are still stating that the order is “pending.”
This situation is not acceptable. As the seller, you are responsible for ensuring that I receive my order. If the parcel was delivered incorrectly or to the wrong address, this is not my responsibility.
I now request one of the following within 5 days:
1. Clear proof of delivery, including the full delivery address and signature, or
2. A full refund of my order.
If I do not receive a satisfactory resolution within this timeframe, I will escalate the matter by opening a dispute with my payment provider.
Please treat this matter as urgent.
