Never got my parcel or my money back

Hello,

I am contacting you again regarding my order, which I have been waiting for since 30 January.

According to Royal Mail tracking, the parcel has already been delivered and signed for in Haywards Heath DO. However, I have not received anything, and you are still stating that the order is “pending.”

This situation is not acceptable. As the seller, you are responsible for ensuring that I receive my order. If the parcel was delivered incorrectly or to the wrong address, this is not my responsibility.

I now request one of the following within 5 days:
1. Clear proof of delivery, including the full delivery address and signature, or
2. A full refund of my order.

If I do not receive a satisfactory resolution within this timeframe, I will escalate the matter by opening a dispute with my payment provider.

Please treat this matter as urgent.

Looking at your previous history, we can see that you had contacted us regarding your parcel, however as we had received no further reply from you, we expected that your parcel had been delivered to you. Unauthorized charge and no customer support response

Unauthorized charge and no customer support response

I made a purchase for around €2.80, but an additional charge of approximately €30 was added without my consent. I did not agree to or approve this extra purchase at any point.

I contacted customer support to request an explanation and a refund, but I have not received any response so far. This situation is extremely frustrating and feels like an unauthorized charge.

As of now, the issue has still not been resolved. Due to the lack of transparency and poor customer service, I cannot recommend this company.

Meget dårlig kundeservice – ingen tilbagebetaling

Meget dårlig kundeservice – ingen tilbagebetaling

Jeg har kontaktet Shus flere gange vedrørende en tilbagebetaling, både direkte og via Trustpilot, men har endnu ikke modtaget noget svar. På trods af gentagne henvendelser er mine penge stadig ikke blevet returneret.

Det er ekstremt frustrerende at blive ignoreret som kunde, især når der er tale om en simpel tilbagebetaling. Manglende kommunikation og ansvarlighed gør, at jeg på ingen måde kan anbefale denne virksomhed.

Jeg håber stadig, at sagen bliver løst, men indtil videre er oplevelsen yderst utilfredsstillende.

Vi kan se, at returpakken endnu ikke er modtaget hos os. Der er desværre i øjeblikket store forsinkelser hos DAO, hvilket kan påvirke både levering og returnering.
