Attentive and Efficient

Ordered a pair of shoes online which were low stock but Pavers sourced a pair quickly from one of their stores and kept me updated as to progress with collection from my local store. Great service and communication will use again.

careless and inept floor staff

Made a special trip to buy a product in Sainsburys Chippenham which is usually stocked there but as they constantly move everything around I could not find it, so I asked a staff member in the store where it is, instead of telling me the aisle number or giving any assistance all I got was a vague hand wave in a uncertain direction telling me“over there” in a bored tone. No proper assistance at all. Left without finding it. The sloppy and indifferent attitude towards customers is disgraceful. Won’t shop there again.

Unprofessional treatment

Took my cat for his annual check up and was treated very rudely and disrespectfully by the vet. He claimed my cat was obese, while he is a healthy weight for his breed and gender. Vet clearly knows nothing about the average size and weight of a large breed such as a British Shorthair. He hardly examined the cat at all and spent the entire appointment criticising and berating me.

A complete waste of time and money. Will never go back. Absolutely disgusted with such unprofessional behaviour.

Totally inept Customer Service

Emailed customer service with no response so then called to resolve issue post hand-back. Was told customer service don’t have access to emails. Asked then why is there an email address on the rental contract for any issue, was then told thats not the customer service department email, although the email address says customer service @sixt. Asked for manager and was told to call again later. Called back got the same operator not the manager who then told me they will not respond to emails. It’s a merry go round going nowhere trying to communicate any issue.

Unresponsive and uncaring business.

I suffered a severe burning irritation to my face and neck immediately upon application of Skin Salvation, I do not have any prior chronic skin condition but bought it as I wanted to avoid chemical skin care products.

I reported the inflammation to customer service, their reply was to refer me to the retailer to seek a refund, as if the harm their product has caused to my face and neck was not their concern or responsibility!

A refund will not heal my skin, ease the pain or compensate me the cost incurred to treat my skin from the burning and blistering this product has caused.

The liability for the product and of legibly detailing its ingredients on the labelling is the responsibility of Balmonds not the retailer.

I am left on Christmas Eve in distress and discomfort having to cancel all my holiday plans.
