Fantastic communication and a great product. I bought the panther vac and it’s great. Unfortunately it came with a minor fault on one of the tightening parts that held the poles and swan neck together. But they immediately resolved the issue by sending a new part the next day and were very helpful over the phone.

Absolutely terrible. Was told wait time was 20 business days plus 48 hours for postage which is one hell of a wait but thought I’ll just stick it out. Still isn’t here and haven’t even started on the order which I think is ridiculous. Asked for a refund due to how long I’ve had to wait for and they won’t refund me. Shabby company to not be able to print a few t shirts and hoodies in a whole month.

I wanted to make the change from Dove products as apparently they’re not that great. However first time using Dr Squatch I used their shampoo and conditioner. When I put the shampoo on it made my scalp feel like it was on fire. And the body wash bars left me feeling like I hadn’t washed properly. I complained and offered to send the products back for a refund and they told me all they could offer was a gift card to buy more of their crap. I highly recommend you don’t buy from them.
