Faulty packaging
Ordered a Mountain Equipment jacket which was competitively priced...it arrived within the advised delivery time but the outer packaging was torn, exposing the garment beneath. The garment itself was undamaged after inspection but the only packaging was the outer bag; The garment's original inner bag was absent...had hoped for better for £140.00

Thank you for your review. I appreciate your comments. Sadly packaging damaged in transit out of our control. Also, not all jackets have outer packaging when they are delivered to us from supplier. We will take your comments onboard however, and look to ways we can improve our service.
