Lunavelle is absolutely not a scam! While I’ve come across some negative reviews, my experience has been nothing short of fantastic. I recently placed an order and mistakenly selected the wrong quantity. I immediately contacted their customer service, and to my surprise, they got back to me the very same day! They swiftly corrected my mistake and issued a refund. I can’t wait to receive their product, and I truly appreciate their outstanding support!
