Amazon Drivers Won’t Deliver My Orders
I’ve been with Amazon for over 15 years and cannot believe how unreliable and unprofessional their Amazon carrier delivery is. I have no issues with UPS, FedEx or even USPS delivering my packages, but when I click on next day delivery, it’s always handled by Amazon drivers who’ve decided not to deliver to my address and mark it as lost or wait for me to request a refund! I’m so annoyed that I’ve halted my annual Prime renewal!

What's happened to Amazon Service, orders arrive late or not at all. Today I'm told the part has been handed to the resident when the driver was half way down the road. We had a item left the other day the box was almost destroyed. When you phone into try & resolve you get this stupid automated voice activated response. Their delivery drivers are either unable to navigate complexes or they are stealing packages and saying they are delivered but not really. I have had several delivered but were never actually there over the last few months. It has become significantly worse. And Amazon is like sorry we cant issue refund yet. This last one was brake pads and I need to replace them. Thanks Amazon for taking my money since I love donating to you.
In July 2026- No more Amazon for me!
In July 2026, I ordered a renewed Hisense 8000 BTU 350 Sq ft Portable Tower Air Conditioner for $351.81.
The package was delivered damaged, with the unit exposed, as the styrofoam protecting the air conditioner was damaged.
The FedEx proof of delivery photo captures the damage in front of my home. I have photos of the damage. Perhaps the shipment was damaged by FEDEX?
I immediately contacted Amazon customer service and the seller, Hyper Micro Systems, and received zero response.
Three times, I contacted both the seller and Amazon Customer Service.
For me to return the unit, it would require the seller to approve the return ( which they did not, as the seller ignored all my messages), and I would have to carry an 80-pound damaged box and air conditioner to a carrier and pay for the return of the damaged unit out of pocket for a purchase I paid for and received damaged.
Amazon's customer service explained that because this is a third-party seller, their hands were tied.
Amazon has allowed third-party sellers to take advantage of their clients.
I have attempted to leave four ( Buyer Beware Reviews) on Amazon, and each one was denied being posted to the community, stating that my reviews do not fit the guidelines.
I have printed each denial to post facts with photos to use as evidence to my bank as proof of the fraud.
I have contacted the bank and canceled the payment.
Upon opening the same damaged box to test the unit, we discovered that many parts were missing, no instructions.
In short, we were scammed, and Amazon is protecting the scammer.
I am canceling my Prime Membership after being a client for many years.

let me tell you about Amazon I live in New York City and they have these poor people peddling supposed E carts. Some people are just pulling carts like they’re from the 1800s not only that I have seen Jeff Bezos take a quarter of billion that’s right a quarter of 1 billion every three months out of Amazon stock account for years why can’t he invest some of that money into electric trucks? Why does he have these people pulling around and peddling supposed E bikes? It’s really heartbreaking to see these poor people delivering hundreds and hundreds of boxes to us in New York City and they are driving things from the 1800s.
Absolutely the worst delivery company
Absolutely the worst delivery company. After constant complaints regarding drivers leaving the Parcels on the doorstep it still happens every single time even when I am at home they leave them on the doorstep. I do not know how many times I have told this company and all I’ve ever told is it won’t happen again and yes it happens every single time I am passed from department from department I think I have spoken to every member of Amazon in one conversation and nothing ever changes. I have now cancelled my prime membership and I will never use Amazon again totally and utterly incompetent.

I ordered 2 items from Amazon and paid extra for next day delivery.I got a mail that items delivered with picture evidence which is not my front door .Since 14th June this year these items hasn’t been delivered but the customer service still claims they ve been delivered.I got a mail for refund of the 2 items and I have only got refund for one of the items .I called the customer care for the second refund they keep promising the issue will be escalated only to later get messages that no refund will be issued and no further action will be taken that my items were delivered by their courier .What a dubious company Amazon is .

Every delivery is late! Paid for prime, for what?? Needed an item and it was supposed to be early morning delivery yesterday and still not here. Third delivery I've canceled in 2 weeks. Unreliable, over priced and horrible customer service. Time to move on from Amazon.

For years—even decades—AWS has been complicit in spam and phishing; I get ten a day, and they all slip past spam filters (especially on Yahoo Mail). They involve fake invoices, bogus subscriptions, fake package delivery notifications, fake social security issues, threatening emails supposedly from the police or government, and so on. Despite reporting them—I’ve been filing ten reports a day for over six years—absolutely nothing is done; in fact, it’s getting worse. They couldn't care less!
Hit or miss depending on the seller
Product looked great in the photos but arrived in noticeably worse condition than described. Packaging was damaged and the item itself felt cheaper than the price suggested. Not exactly what you want when you are paying for a premium listing. Reached out to customer service and they were polite enough but the return process took way longer than it should for a Prime member. Expected better. Will be more careful reading reviews before ordering from this seller again.

I will never trust Amazon again
It’s been a week now. I ordered frozen fish food on the 10th of July. It came the next day. It came in an Amazon box inside was another polystyrene nos awitb another newspaper covering. It was meant to be frozen fish food for my discus. As no instructions with it and obviously warm weather by the time it came through delivered by Royal Mail it was already defrosted. Excitedly I fed two blocks to May aquarium fish. I then Ai it to know how to store it because it had already defrosted they said do not refreeze as the bacteria has already set in during transport and would no longer be fit to feed my fish but on explaining I already had they told me to remove it immediately, being a 250 litre tank and being disabled I found this hard as it had already started to become invisible in my tank, i got very upset as these fish I were given to me 7 years ago after a house fire. Amazon promised to help adding the risk of my fish to the notes. Immediately the seller messaged sayingi could refreeze the blood worm which Ai told me I couldn’t as the insufficient packaging and the defrosting during travel would harm my fish. Amazon have since sent me A-z which Ifouldnt answer because on my order it is still stuck in a loop of yet to be delivered. I have requested call backs about 6 times now eachafvisor promising me it would be fully refunded and to give the24-78 hours. Which now is a week. I am still getting A-z and last one this morning after Ihave repeatedly told themi don’t wants clim just a full refund. I called again yesterday and was again promisedi would get my refund which Ihsvrmt. This food was spoiled and stink tough heaven so Ithrew it away on the12tb after taking photos for the advisor who agreed it was defrosted and spoilt. I’msti stuck in a loopi can’txsncel because it says it’s in the way and Icouldnt return it either as non returnable. As a prime member for years Ihave no faith left in Amazonand would like to warn others about this too. How many more people are they doing this too. The good was spoilt. A risk Tonyfodh. Amazon delivery services for prime membership
Lately, I've been irritated with "Amazon." I've been paying for prime and ordering " overnight shipment." My packages have not been coming overnight. Also, my packages have been delivered to my upstairs neighbor who seemed like they where trying to act like it wasn't delivered. If I didn't have picture proof they probably would have continued with the lie. Which I spend too much money on my membership and products combined a month. Not to receive my packages on time. Please get your address of apartment complex right. I am tired of losing my packages and having to track them down due to delivery services.

Amazon continually delivers packages late. This wasn’t the case a year ago but now it’s a shocker if it arrives on time. What’s the problem? As a paying Prime member they should deliver when promised. We can’t rely on them any more, especially if we need gifts to be delivered by a certain date.
