Hifiheadphones is a one of best e-retailer I know. Authorized dealer of all stuff on site, excellent contact with customer and service. They send me a message both on email and voice mail regarding my card security checks as they spotted an attempt only with 3d check. Looks like they do interest about their customers in a first place. I'd recommend them to all.

Excellent Service
Excellent service all round. Very informative website that helped me to decide which headphones would be the right ones for me. I do a lot of jogging but wanted a headset that I could use both with and without ear clips. I plumped for the SoundMagic E30 in ear headphones. I placed my order about 10am on a Friday, received a very light-hearted and fun email to say they had been despatched at 2pm and received them (and a free lolly) at 9.30am on Saturday morning, just in time for my run! They are great headphones and with three sizes of ear cones, and detachable round ear clips, I have been able to get a perfect fit. I would highly recommend this website to anyone.

Wow, what a reflief to be treated like a valued customer! Had cause to telephone a few weeks ago to ask about the SoundMagic E10 'phones. Received very courteous replies and convinced me to use them when I came to get some new headphones. They are also available on a major internet site at the same price, but I bought from them as they are the importers. E10's duly ordered on Thursday night, they arrived Saturday morning! Amusing wording on emails! Use them. Oh, by the way the E10's are superb for thier size and cost, highly recommended

An excellent service with a quality headphone (phonak audeo). Unfortunately some frequencies are clustered and less clear when listening to big band sound.
However, still a smashing headphone for the price and very comfy to use!

Great advice and service

Spot on service!
I did not hold much hope of finding some replacement foam pads for my old Sennheiser PX40 headphones but they stocked them! The simple guides to the headphones were really helpful to a novice like me and made me pay the couple of quid extra to use this company rather than other larger ones, In short, I got quick registration and payment, emails to let me know when the order was received and dispatched, a punctual delivery and well packaged items. I couldn't ask for more than that. The lollipop at the bottom of the box is fantastic innovative marketing - whoever thought of that deserves a healthy bonus!

Good prices, super-fast delivery
I needed inserts for my Etymotic headphones. The US Etymotic site wanted $15 plus $50(!) shipping fee for a tiny bag. Hifiheadphones charged me a total of £11.95 and they arrived next day, even in the manic last days before Xmas. I will be using them again.
