I had been to Matas Skomergade- Roskilde and I was surprised to see their customer service. The attention they show, the care they offer. I used to go often and buy products because it is such a positive place in Roskilde :) Please keep doing your service as you do today.

I went to the store and showed the seller the product I needed on the website.
The seller ordered it online for me. When I received it and opened the package, I realized it was conditioner instead of shampoo.
I know I should have checked before opening the product, and because of that I didn’t complain.
However, I believe the seller at the shop should have paid more attention.

I had ordered for a dyson airwrap this Christmas, the ordered was not delivered as matas ran out of stock. They offered complete refund but I insisted on the product as it was a Christmas gift to my wife.

The customer support took the initiative to ensure I get options(colours available )to choose from and ensured it's delivered before Christmas.

Delivery was fast but the product in itself is not as I thought.

A bit disappointed I must say.

I would like to return it but I dont have the return label and I have no print or digital tools.

I ordered 2 things, one was delivered the next day (amazing!) And the other was delivered after 3 days, but to a diffrent place, which i find wiered, but didnt think much of it.
All in all, a good experiance
