Absolutely appalling service from DPD. What is the point in providing customers with a delivery time slot if you have absolutely no intention of sticking to it? I arranged my day around the time YOU provided, only for the driver to attempt delivery significantly earlier and then effectively blame me for not being there. This wasn’t a random parcel — it was an important delivery that I had been waiting for, and after a difficult week I specifically made arrangements based on the slot given. Delivering early and then marking an attempted delivery is not customer service, it is incompetence. If your drivers are just going to turn up whenever suits them, stop pretending customers have a scheduled delivery time because it is clearly meaningless. A delivery company should understand that people organise work, appointments and responsibilities around the information they are given. Genuinely one of the most frustrating and disappointing delivery experiences I’ve had.

After a very frustrating experience yesterday spending 1 hour 40 minutes on the phone to Vodafone sales — only to be told at the end of the call that the phone I wanted was no longer available — I decided to visit the Meadowhall store today instead. I’m so glad I did. From the moment I walked in, Loui and Puja were welcoming, professional, and genuinely helpful. They completely turned my experience around and managed to get me an even better deal on the latest iPhone 17 Pro Max, along with helping me trade in my old phone. I especially want to mention Loui, who I believe is new to the team. Honestly, I would never have known — his confidence, professionalism, and customer service were outstanding throughout. Thank you both for making the whole process smooth and stress-free. I’ll definitely be returning to the Meadowhall branch and would happily recommend them to friends, family, and work colleagues.

I booked an RV with Roadsurfer and unfortunately had to cancel well before the pickup date. I was surprised to learn that, because I did not purchase the separate Flex option, almost the entire booking was non-refundable and they would only return a small “Travel Fee.” In my opinion, the booking UI did not make this clear enough. I also purchased the “Plus protection package,” which sounds like protection, but apparently does not help with cancellation at all. That distinction should be much clearer during checkout. I contacted support about the cancellation and refund, but I have not received a response after multiple days. Overall, this has been a frustrating experience: unclear cancellation terms, confusing protection wording, slow/no customer support response, and only a very small refund compared with the total amount paid.

We have just returned from Thailand after booking a holiday with Hello Island. From arriving in Phuket to departing from Bangkok 2 weeks later, we had no troubles at all. Hotel transfers, hotel accommodation, ferry transfers and all bookings made by Hello Island, worked out perfectly and were on time. The hotels were located very well and within walking distance of where we wanted to go. All the hotels had an excellent breakfast and the rooms were spacious and well-equipped. We bumped into fellow South Africans at the hotel in Krabi, who had also booked with Hello Island, and we all agreed how well all the travel arrangements were made and that we would recommend Remmert and his team to all our friends. Thank you, Hello Island, for a very enjoyable and stress free holiday. We hope to do it soon again!

Terrible experience dealing with the sales representative over email - Mike. The communication was highly unprofessional, disrespectful, and included vulgar language that made me extremely uncomfortable. Instead of properly guiding potential clients, the representative seemed unwilling to assist and showed a lack of basic customer service and professionalism. Very disappointing experience overall.

Thank you so much for helping my child get her items back. My daughter was hacked two days in a row weeks ago, we reported many times and asked other Roblox users to report the hackers who stole all of my child's special and rare virtual pets. Now my daughter is happy, we are so happy. Thanks so much. One hacker was Ukrainian pretending to be Russian as their language is so similar.

Would like to give 0 stars. Product is nothing more than baby oil with a different scent. No benefits. Company makes it impossible to cancel subscription that you did not know you signed up for. I am still making payments but not receiving any products. I have finally had to contact my credit card company to stop payments. Do not buy this product and get scammed.

I was given a gift card for the birth of my new baby. I tried to buy some formula milk with it. My gift card was refused. The law has changed since late 2025 and vouchers and points can now be used on baby formula, but Asda won’t allow this on their gift cards. This is ridiculous and discriminatory. Not everyone can breastfeed.

I wasted my money. Paid for deep cleaning, and unfortunately I got a service that a child can even render. Why lie that it’s a garage ready kind of cleaning? The worst part is that the car wasn’t even too dirty, no difference at all, I’m very angry with this, I want a refund, or you send someone else to come do the job!!

Really love the aesthetic of this app, it’s very calming to use. But beyond the looks, the content is actually quite solid. The meditations are great for different moods and the chart explanations go a lot deeper than I expected. definitely worth checking out if you want something more than just basic sun sign info.

Delivered by Royal Mail another efficient service. Controlled drugs are signed for on delivery and so the service runs smoothly.
