I am extremely disappointed with AnyVan’s handling of my complaint. Their response did not address the core issues I raised and relied heavily on generic references to terms and conditions rather than providing a meaningful explanation. Despite paying extra for additional insurance, AnyVan failed to explain why this was not used, considered, or even acknowledged. This omission seriously undermines the credibility of the “review” they claim to have carried out. Their assertion that communication was clear is simply untrue. The service delivered did not match what was promised at the point of booking, and directing me back to automated emails and SMS messages does nothing to resolve the discrepancies. Most concerning is their refusal to conduct any further internal review, which gives the impression of a predetermined outcome rather than a fair or transparent complaints process. Given the lack of resolution and the failure to address the substantive issues, I would advise not to use this company and use extreme caution. I cannot recommend AnyVan, I should have used a local business as the service they provide has been excellent, without fault.

If you need help or any customer service and you call , pack a lunch or eat first and be prepared to be and the phone for hours . You get bounced around like a tennis ball because they have no clue on their job and what departments hours are . Most oof all they couldn't careless about your time or how you have been inconvenience.They constantly say they are sorry and they understand which in my opinion is a cop out for taking responsibility. They couldn't care less . Ive been with telus for over 20+ years and this past year has been a incredible struggle with service. They will tell you they value your business, but have no follow through. Telus is a joke .Save yourself your sanity and find a provider that values you and works to help you .Telus however is not that company

It provides visual data that you can share with your medical team or even with your family to help others understand how you are feeling. It shows with charts how an activity like showering can be an incredible energy and point drain one day and then another day can feel simple and have little impact on energy or pace points. Visible is amazing. The team is quick to respond if you have questions and they truly understand and care. They often ask for feedback because they are constantly looking to improve the device. I would absolutely recommend visible to anyone that has any sort of chronic illness.

HOPELESS!!! 😢 Awaiting a VERY delivery of a washing machine. Got the pre delivery email yesterday ok, but that's where the positive experience ENDED!! Time slot allocated WAS 1145-1445 today, Saturday..... It's now 1653, and apart from being over 2x hrs late, I did NOT get a message/email this morning as promised confirming delivery. All the tracking details say are 'loaded onto delivery vehicle 0818'....So a whole afternoon wasted waiting for nothing and not even a courtesy call to say, we're running late Mr Bannister and we expect to be there around......' What a terrible business model and I'd like some explanation/compensation for my wasted time!? I'm moving home and cannot function without this washing machine, so this is a terrible inconvenience

Terrible Customer Service – Avoid Thrifty I called Thrifty customer service (800-847-4389) on 5/16/2026 to ask about the security deposit amount for a rental at Providenciales International Airport, as it isn't listed online. The representative, Zoey, unhelpfully told me to just check the website because her system doesn't show international deposits. When I explained that's exactly why I called, I asked to speak with a manager. After being placed on hold for 6 minutes, Zoey claimed the manager ("Rhey") was busy but would call me back. I gave her my phone number, but before I could even verify if they had my name, Zoey abruptly said "thank you for calling" and hung up on me. This was a total disaster and a horribly unprofessional experience.

Recently ordered the 4 in 1 games table, absolutely love the table much better quality that i was expecting because ive been let down by a previous company. Its excellent quality, definately a proffesional table, the delivery guys were great as well it was nice to see people who were comfortable with my dog and extremely polite to all of us including my children. They kept us well informed of when they were coming, placed my table where i wanted it and explained what was where. i even emailed customer service regarding an appropriate cleaning method and they got right back to me. Cannot fault any of them in any aspect of my interactions with them.

I was hesitant to start at first because of the side effects but I will say I’ve had an amazing experience with Freya. Two months in I’m at 175 I started at 190. I feel more energy and I can control my PCOS symptoms with Freya. Freya gave me a chance to feel normal and embrace my body. Aside from the B12 added which helps with nausea the shipping is quick and they are so quick to respond for anything. I’ve already recommended it to my sister and friends. Unlike rho Freya doesn’t charge extra fees. I promise it’s worth the investment

When my friend got the call she expected there to be a catch, usually timeshare or vacation club presentation, which there was. The good thing is the rep explained that to her up front. We have bought these trip packages in the past and I know there are going to be certain dates I can't book. That's why the price and perks are so good. Call customer care and ask for dates available in the months your interested in and plan your days off around that.

I should have known to read the reviews before signing up. This AI app is not ready for the public and they are just extorting customers. As per the law (at least in the US, with auto- Renewals you need to be notified before they send you the renewal bill and it needs to be easy to cancel. Neither one happened and they debited my card for $75 US less that 12 hrs ago and refuse to refund. Stay far away from this one.
