Excellent service from ordering to delivery. Information about our delivery and the window for delivery was good. The personel who delivered our items from the Glasgow depot were pleasant, helpful and humorous. They unpacked the items and took the rubbish away. Really good service. Would use them again.

A great delivery experience
2 man delivery of a superking size mattress. The delivery men had to go up 2 flights of stairs which were quite difficult to negotiate but they did it very professionally. They respected my property and were polite. A great delivery experience

They delivered to room I wanted, but that’s all was expecting them to set it up. But they don’t do that. Considering how easy it is to fix the pikes to the stand the lift tv into place, found this company rather useless to be fair. Customer service attitude could be addressed

I paid £25 to have the tv delivered
I paid £25 to have the tv delivered, unpacked, set up and the packaging taken away.
The two men delivered the set, unpacked it, set it on its stand and left in a hurry. Despite us asking them, they said we had to set it up ourselves and said to look up the instructions on line.
£25 wasted.

Excellent Service from Start to Finish
Communication was excellent throughout and I was given a convenient two hour delivery window, which made planning my day much easier. The driver called on arrival, arrived on time and kindly carried the chairs inside for me. The whole process was professional, efficient and hassle free. I would happily recommend them and would definitely use them again.
