The delivery guys were really good, they contacted me to say they were on their way and didnt get annoyed liked some do if your not there on time, we live 50mins away from our new address and the delivery was to our new address, they said they'd be there within the hour and I said how long it would take us, thats perfect he said, they arrived before my husband by a few minutes and were absolutely fine with him, said they had only been there a few mins. Delivery went smoothly. Would definitely recommend.

Fast and accurate delivered exactly at the time slot that was given.

I was emailed the early evening the night before of the delivery time, I was then phoned 30 minutes before the delivery. The delivery was on time and the driver asked where I wanted the 32.5kg mattress which the delivery man then took the mattress upstairs into the bedroom for me to deal with later. As it was raining at the time of the delivery he even asked if I wanted him to remove his shoes. The day before I had had a DPD delivery left on my front doorstep at 7.03 am and the driver never even rung the doorbell. What a difference!

Driver and assistant were rude. Customer tried making conversation and was ignored. Bed frame has not been erected correctly so the slats don’t fit properly making mattress uneven. Large gap at the end of the bed. Bed base is totally uneven and not level. Customer was not asked if everything was ok before they left. Customer was told the delivery men would contact the supplier as feet were missing however customer did contact supplier who knew nothing about missing feet so delivery men didn’t do what they said they would. Wouldn’t recommend

Great delivery service. Communications are absolutely spot on, the tracking links are accurate to the minute and the delivery crew were first class. There is nothing at all to criticise.

Very uncomplicated online ordering. Delivery was on time.

Polite, careful and respectful.
Carefully brought in and unpacked a large ottoman, took away the cardboard and allowed me time to quickly check the product.

Appreciated the care and service.

This company is reliable, efficient and very helpful in every way. Cannot find a single fault with them, 3rd time we have used them. And will no doubt use them again.

Cancelled once, then a half-finished install and a damaged wall

The delivery was originally booked for last weekend, and I took a day's annual leave from my 999 job to be at home for it. At 8pm the night before, it was cancelled.

We rearranged the delivery with help from an apologetic agent at Fitness Superstore. Sadly, on the second attempt the very expensive running machine wasn't fully set up or tested. To add insult to injury, one of the three installers damaged our wall and then flatly denied it.

Pity i couldnt upload the damaged wall and to deny it, well you be the judge on their professional integrity.

If I could give zero stars, I would. Terrible service from start to finish

Hi thanks for allowing me to write the review. I had booked a installation for my Samsung washing machine , because I wanted to be completely installed . however when the guys arrived they said they can't make holes to get wire thru in the utility. They shld have checked with me prior regarding installation , I could have cancelled the order . I ended up paying 100 pounds to get the installation done..please be clear on whts included in the installation

Regular updates, so we know exactly when the delivery would arrive - thoughtful, careful team who delivered heavy mattress quickly and with care, unwrapping it and then took old one all on a survey day, taking off shoes and looking after our home. Excellent

Excellent experience with the recent delivery of a mattress .Was a large mattress and needed to go into our loft conversion up some narrow,twisty steps.The two delivery men managed this in record time without complaint,my husband was very impressed with them and their can do attitude.They took their boots off as well!

The delivery was very good, on time , but the bit that let it down was when I asked for it to be taken upstairs to the bedroom, was told sorry we don't do that. I checked there website and it states they take it to a room of your choice. So I then had to find someone to help me get it upstairs. So was very disappointed with that. But the delivery i was very well informed with times and could track easy and was on time.

I received tracking information about my delivery the day before it arrived. The tracking was absolutely spot on. I was given a two hour time slot on the delivery day and my delivery arrived well within the slot. My delivery arrived safely and was undamaged and i could see that care had been taken to secure it on the lorry for transit. Thankyou.
