I purchased a webcam from Kreo through Amazon and immediately noticed a serious autofocus issue. During video calls, even small head or hand movements would cause the camera to continuously refocus, making the video blurry for several seconds at a time. This made the webcam difficult to use for professional meetings. I contacted Kreo support for assistance. Throughout the support process, I shared details through their WhatsApp support channel and followed the instructions provided. Later, I received an email stating that my case was being closed because I had not responded to a request for invoice details. However, I never received that email. Had I received it, I would have responded immediately. What was most disappointing was the overall support experience. Instead of focusing on resolving the product issue, the process felt fragmented and difficult to navigate. As a customer, I spent more time following up than receiving actual assistance. In the end, Amazon handled the return process, not Kreo. The product issue itself was frustrating, but the after-sales support experience was the bigger disappointment. Based on my experience, I would be cautious about purchasing if reliable customer support is important to you.

I purchased a digital download pack from one of their Facebook ads. I received an email with a PDF with the download link for my products. The link brings up a page that does not exist. When I followed up, I was met with unhelpful responses (if any) and still a month later I have not received my refund or the products that I paid for, despite endless attempts. When I checked my PayPal account, it showed that my account had been authorised for 'automatic' payments, which I did not intentionally authorise (possibly through the sale transaction). Their refund policy states that if you are not happy with the purchase, you will receive a full refund within 24 hours, This is not the case!! I have also tried to get the payment reversed on paypal but I've not had any luck yet. This company seems to be linked with Heilena Limited - heilena.com (that's where my payment went to) and nordicawell.com - Nordicawell, both seem to be beauty product stores. Don't waste your time or money purchasing from them!

I am so very disappointed. I spent considerable time and effort browsing this site and saving items to plan an upcoming trip, only to realize that their customer review section is highly deceptive. A close look at the customer "selfies" attached to the 5-star reviews reveals clear hallmarks of AI image generation. The profiles show hyper-smooth, airbrushed, poreless skin and completely uniform, mathematically repetitive curl patterns that do not occur naturally. They have even overlayed flat, graphic cartoon-like sunglasses onto artificial faces to make them look like casual selfies. Finding out that a company is fabricating its customer base and testimonials entirely ruined my confidence in shopping here. I am incredibly glad I caught this before spending my money. Buyers should be aware that the "customer photos" on this site do not represent real people or real product results. Therefore I will not be placing the order that I planned to place.

This place sucks. I had an allergic reaction to the first medication they put me on and at first they refused to put me on another one until I threaten a law suit and it took them 4 weeks to send me the new medication for the new diet treatment. This place SUCKS they are STEALING peoples MONEY because they take ALL the money upfront instead of on a MONTHLY bases with is WRONG A BECAUSE of the treatment isn't working for you,you have no freaking choice but to keep going because you already paid for it so you have to keep taking the USELESS medication or you are out $700.00 for 10 months that is how they are SCAMMING incent hard working people who are trying to get healthy with a little help from so called professionals who don't have health insurance, I wish I would have done a little more research and waited because I 100% would NOT have went through this place. I do NOT recommend hers/hims.com NOT all!!! THIS PLACE SUCKS!!!

Very disappointing experience with Zivame. I received the wrong product and raised a return request within the allowed return period. Customer support assured me that the item would be picked up. I also informed them in advance that I would be out of station for 10 days, and they acknowledged this. After I returned and contacted them again, I was told that the return deadline had expired and that the product would not be accepted. What is even more frustrating is that I never received any call, SMS, email, or visit from a courier partner regarding pickup. Despite this, I was informed that a pickup attempt had been made. As a customer, I expect a company to honor return requests that were raised on time and provide clear proof if a pickup attempt was actually made. I hope Zivame reviews this case and resolves it fairly.

I ordered a Mug they didn't delivered on the Promised date , they just mailed AWB number from express Bees nd then no one is giving is reliable answer AI generated Chat is not giving any solution. Charge are also very higher as Delivery Plus Convenience charges what's is point of delivering next day .it just spoiled the Movement These are all fake Delivering emotions what emotions, delivery on 2.5 seconds what the hell is this they Just showed that order in in Transit not delivered on time . They are not even sharing the contact of Delivery executive. Very Bullshit service Not Ferns and Petals But it's Fake N Phony

The booking process with parkdean is always super easy and user friendly! The location of pendine sands is perfect, right on the beach in a lovely little village, nice and peaceful but also perfect for the kids. The staff on site are amazing, very friendly and helpful and always around to help with anything you need. The entertainment on site for the kids is fantastic, the girls, especially Macy and Sophie were amazing with the children, they made a real effort to go above and beyond. My 2 autistic children and my 4 year old absolutely adored them both. We had a lovely holiday, thank you so much!

I have to advise that the product container is very fragile breakable glass. This is not mentioned on the packaging. Unfortunately for me, the product slipped out of my cabinet and smashed to pieces. I did report this to customer services but they are unable to replace it. It's a shame because I like to buy British but I will not reorder a product with such flimsy packaging again.

There is supposed to be priority customer service with my subscription. In reality this means to make an appointment you need to wait a week, if you call in you don't get an answer and if you try the chat you are told someone will be with you shortly. An hour later I am still waiting. How am I supposed to run a business? (not with MYOB) Absolutely useless in every respect.

Unfortunately this cream didn't work at all for me. I tried first on my upper thigh, put a fair bit on, covered well, left for over an hour, nothing. Tried again for my spine tattoo, thicker this time, and it left me with a bad allergic reaction so was unable to get my tattoo done. Which I was slightly grateful for, because it again, hadn't numbed an inch!

Absolutely shocking customer service! Had a phonecall with an elderly lady who was grumpy and she was of no help at all - coming from an existing customer elsewhere and yes! You have def lost me as a potential customer. Go to a local GP people! 💯 - these people are a menace and will treat you like krap if their having a bad day - very unproffesional.

This company gives great prices and options. However, each time I use it I have problems leaving the lots. They attempt to charge me again in order to let me out. Each time I have had to call in and get them to call the lot to let me out. I have used it three times and had the same issue at all three lots.
