Thank you for your response. I would like to clarify a few points, as I feel your reply does not accurately reflect my experience. I have never stated that there was no communication at all during the project. My concern has always been the poor communication, delays and the lack of timely responses when important issues were raised. Having to chase matters does not feel like effective communication or appropriate customer support, particularly when this installation was linked to a disability grant and was intended to make a positive difference to my home and daily life. I also feel it is important to clarify the comments regarding my Subject Access Request. As stated in my original review, my SAR was submitted on 10 February and, despite an extension being requested, I still had not received the information once that extended deadline had passed. To clarify, I was not repeatedly submitting complaints or excessive correspondence as your response may suggest. I contacted you on 27 May to chase the outstanding SAR after the extended deadline had passed, and again on 1 June when I had still not received a response. It was only after legal representatives became involved that this matter was progressed. The volume of information required to be reviewed does not remove the responsibility to comply with statutory timescales or to communicate appropriately with the person who has made the request. Had there been clear communication and updates throughout, I do not believe legal involvement would have been necessary. My review reflects my overall experience of the project and the impact it had on me. I remain grateful that the bathroom was completed through the disability grant; however, the process caused unnecessary stress at a time when I was already managing significant health challenges. I stand by my review and the account of my experience.

Now that I'm back home, I keep finding myself looking through all the photos from our Egypt trip and smiling. It's hard to believe how much we experienced in such a short time. Every day was different. One day we were standing in front of the Pyramids, the next we were exploring ancient temples, enjoying the Nile, trying delicious local food, and meeting some of the kindest people along the way. One thing I really appreciated about traveling with Look at Egypt Tours was how easy everything felt. We never had to worry about transportation, hotel check-ins, or what was happening next. Everything was taken care of, which meant we could simply enjoy the experience as a family. A big thank you to the entire team for all the hard work behind the scenes, and to our guide for making every place we visited so interesting. We learned so much about Egypt's history, culture, and everyday life, and those stories made each site even more memorable. This trip gave us more than beautiful pictures—it gave us unforgettable memories and a real connection to Egypt. We left with full hearts, a camera full of photos, and already talking about coming back someday. Thank you, Look at Egypt Tours, for making our dream trip such a wonderful experience. ❤️

A BUNCH OF SCUM. I ordered a set of tires, there was no "Note" section on the order. A few minutes late, I sent an email indicating that I would not accept tires that were too old and gave the deadline (DOT number). An hour later, they sent an email suggesting that I use their online interface. After reading the latter email about three hours after placing the order, I tried to cancel the order, because I should NOT have accepted even three-year-old tires. their system reported back -importantly, it was late Sunday afternoon!!!- the tires were already on their way! I can do one thing, should not accept the tyres from the delivery commpany! Furthermore, the gang of thieves -gumimax.hu- would have deducted a handling fee of 12,000 forints (34 EUR) per tire, in violation of the buyer's 14-day free right of withdrawal for online orders. IT IS RISKY TO ORDER FROM THEM, THEY ARE NOT HONEST DEALERS!!!

I had a fantastic experience with this class. The course was very well structured and included a lot of real-life practice, which made it easy to understand the concepts and apply them in practical situations. The teacher was outstanding—knowledgeable, engaging, and always willing to help. Their customer service is top notch. Great communication and they very empathetic toward the issue that I have regarding the product got slightly damaged during postage. They offer me three options including a replacement which I really appreciate. Four star as supposed to five star due to the product being sent via a postage bag rather than in a structured box. The product itself is beautiful and functional just as advertised. The colour selection is beautiful and I’m very happy with my purchase.

couldnt see anything in cart when I went back to it as got side tracked so put order in cart again to see previous was there so annoying that couldn't view cart in first place. I clicked not to subscribe then when got order confirmation showed i was subscribing then had to find a way to unsubscribe which I did eventually after a bit of a panic . as did not want to sign up to a subscription tried first set of nail wrap didn't look too bad a first but by morning looks like they have shrunk

I recently report a water leak in Derby. Reporting the leak was relatively painless. In less than 24hours I was called by Leigh (reference 14348784) who was travelling to the location to investigate. Within an other hour Leigh had provided me with an update and had passed the case on to the appropriate team for resolution. Great work and shows that efforts are being made to make a difference and to improve our water supplies and the STW service provided to the Derby area. 5 stars!

Signed up over the phone, was told I'd have 14 days from the 'go live' day to cancel without charges. The day after the go live day, I got an email saying it was live but I still had no internet. I tried to cancel it 3 days later only to be told the 14 days started when I signed up over the phone? They want to charge me over £500 to cancel a service I've had 3 days that doesn't even work, customer service are hostile and aggressively push towards adding other extras. AVOID

She took the time to discuss our choice of tub to make sure it was appropriate for us and made sure we had everything we needed to get up and running quickly and smoothly. We were kept well informed after placing the order and the delivery team were fantastic and really knowledgeable. Thank you so much for everything. We are loving our new hot tub and I would highly recommend you to anyone considering buying one.

Their recent game mode of Ithaca, in Hero’s of History, was released with so many issues that it raises the question if it was actually tested prior to release. The event dynamics are messed up and so imbalanced that it’s hard to progress without hundred of dollars of investment. However the worst part of this is the customer support where they treat you with a lack of respect. This game mode is a fraudulent money grab. Many players quitting the game due to this.

Lovely flat, nice wide staircase to first floor, very clean and well kept. Everything you need and easy to use appliances. Close to main Hgh Street and beach, but relatively quiet. Easy to book and all details provided in good time for accessing. Had a great week. Sheringham itself is a lovely place to stay, with lots of places along the coast to visit.
